We were established in 1984 and have specialised
in Life, Pensions and Investments only since 1994. The company is
family run andestablished for over 20 yearsand is directly registered
with the Financial Services Authority.
We have access to the
full range of Mortgage Lenders via various associated intermediaries
and packagers. Mortgages can be arranged on a Flexible basis, Fixed
Rate basis, Bank of England Tracker basis, Capped, Discount Variable
and with and without cash-back according to the clients' requirements.
These arrangements can be on a Capital and Interest basis or Interest
Only basis; if the latter, they can be funded by either an Individual
Savings Plan or Endowment. Equally the Mortgage can be set up to
accommodate a number of repayment vehicles for the arrangement i.e.
part Capital Repayment, part ISA or part Endowment. We will accordingly
tailor make the package to suit the clients requirements and match
their Income as well as Tax position.
Tax exempt savings plans, are also
available together with all forms of life protection including decreasing
term/level term, critical illness, PHI, and keyman(business insurance)
Roger Bird has been in the Life Assurance industry for over 40
years and has dealt with Mortgage Underwriting and been Administration
Manager for Life Offices before setting up his own Company in 1984.
