Around 70% of our business is carried
out on a buy-to-let basis, and to this end we provide clients with a
pioneering Portfolio Debt Management Service (PDMS). This free, and
very unique service is targeted at people who are looking to build a
portfolio of properties, or who already have a portfolio of between
five and 5000 properties. Its sole purpose is to unlock the full
potential of their portfolio and manage the debt in as cost-efficient
manner as possible.

coupled with our superb relationships with all the major lenders, means
we can satisfy every client need at the most competitive rate. The fact
that we arrange such large volumes of mortgage business, and belong to
Concordia, a consortium of five of the UK’s leading brokers, gives us
access to rates that are often unavailable elsewhere in the market.

generates the majority of its business from professional introducers,
particularly leading estate agents, solicitors, independent financial
