Description
Bradley
Stuart’s founder, Peter Mullins set up his first
firm of independent financial advisers (Pentre-Vere) in
1982.
The
ethos of the business was to provide a friendly, professional
service to individuals and employers, with particular
emphasis on long term advice.
This new approach to financial services
led to a rapid expansion of the business and many household
names were soon listed amongst their clients. Olympus
Optical (Camera’s), Jeyes Hygiene, Rea Brothers
Merchant Bank, Continental Bank of America, Mitsibushi
Motors and Rizla were just some of the first to benefit
from their services.
Requests to provide independent advice
through the media quickly followed with regular articles
in weekly magazines and regular appearances on both
radio and television.
Peter restructured the business in 1993
in its present form. The name being derived from Peter’s
mother’s maiden name and the maiden name of Helen
Francis, Peter’s first partner.
Again the business grew rapidly and the
Worcester office was opened in 1999, and subsequently
moved into specially refurbished grade two star listed
freehold premises dating back to 1740.
The same ethos continues to this
day with employers such as Littlewoods, The Ritz - London,
The Royal United Services Institute (for defence studies)
and The Business and Telegraph Newspapers are some of
the more well known clients who have become clients
in the last few years.
